Americans Who Don’t Hate Each Other is delighted to announce its entrance into a multi-platform partnership with Gnosi. The collaboration launched Tuesday with Gnosi’s cross-post of AWDHEO’s most recent article. Additional AWDHEO content will appear at Gnosi in the days and weeks ahead and will be featured in a section titled “The Politics Reimagined Experiment.”
The Gnosi-AWDHEO partnership will soon progress with the August launch of their inaugural podcast, “We’ve Got Issues.” The program will feature analysis of contemporary policy topics by Gnosi co-founder Ismail Syed and AWDHEO founder Jeff Gebeau. The pair will be joined by a guest panel, which will be assembled individually for each episode.
"We're thrilled to welcome Jeff Gebeau to Gnosi as a contributor! His sharp insights into American political challenges, showcased in his upcoming book The Anti-Partisan Manifesto, align perfectly with our mission,” Syed said. “We can't wait to share his perspectives on critical issues facing the U.S. and to collaborate with him on launching our first podcast!"
The first issue that “We’ve Got Issues” will explore is immigration, one of the most intensely disputed issues in the 2024 campaign. Other issues that Syed and Gebeau plan to examine include abortion; affirmative action; climate change; Covid-19; criminal justice; drugs; economic policy; education; higher education; energy; foreign policy; guns; healthcare; LGBT issues; sexual assault; Ukraine; and voting.
In conjunction with each episode, the team will publish a policy brief, using the template established in the AWDHEO piece, “What Cooperative Lawmaking Would Look Like.” Issue analyses will be cross posted at both sites, while AWDHEO will also include an additional policy recommendation section at the conclusion of each brief.
“We’ve Got Issues” also intends to review several high-profile policy manuals, each from a different faction in American politics. The series will begin on the right with Project 2025, followed by “A Green New Deal” on the left and the Moderate Power Project in the center.
Gnosi/AWDHEO plan to start a second, yet-to-be named podcast program later in 2024, which will center on guest interviews with authors, professors and other intellectual luminaries. A third podcast will feature discussion of current events, though there is presently no timetable for its debut.
By collaborating with Gnosi, AWDHEO will be teaming with a formidable, tech-forward outlet that covers today’s most important developments in politics, global events, economics, business, technology, culture and more. More importantly, AWDHEO will be allying itself with a kindred publication that shares its vision and goals.
As stated on the site’s welcome and “About” pages, AWDHEO aspires to be “the voice of those who refuse to let politics take their humanity.” Thanks to its burgeoning partnership with Gnosi, that voice will only get louder.
